Dear Tony,
It all started with Vicky's discovery of theater seating. We ordered wonderful black leather seats with power recline, cup holders, and walnut trays. While we already had a good 62" Hitachi, I convinced Vicky that we needed to find the best audio-visual equipment available to go into our new home theater. Of course, as a loyal customer of Paul and Tony's for the past 25 years, we went there to check out the latest equipment. We instantly fell in love with the 72" Qualia. With good input, the image was like looking through a window. Tony guided us through choices for audio equipment including a fantastic set of Paradigm speakers and subwoofer and Sony AV system and DVD player.
Tony offered to come out to our home to help determine the best location for our new home theater. His suggestions were perfect and we then were able to finalize the best equipment and the replacement of all the accessories. He recommended a beautiful cherry theater stand for the Qualia and AV equipment which was to be built for us. I loved it so much, I had him custom build a smaller version of the cherry stand for our family room AV equipment. It was great to work with Tony in developing our system and placing our order, and he was more than generous in pricing everything given our extensive purchase.
As promised, Tony and his crew came to our home on a Saturday and they spent the day installing our new home theater. They did a great job, offering custom features and very useful instructions on how to maximize our theater enjoyment. Moreover, they moved our old Hitachi to another area of our rec room in order to create a dedicated gaming system for our son, Matthew, and his friends. By adding four gaming chairs, the children have their own great setup while the adults can enjoy home theater, all at the same time. Moreover, Tony's crew completely redesigned our AV system in our family room, making it so much more attractive and effective. In one day, our entire home entered into the 21st century for home entertainment.
We love our home theater! The Qualia's images are fantastic, especially with Adelphia's HD channels and DVDs. And the sound system blows us away! All of our family and friends can't wait for movie nights at the Crains. Truly, the theater experience is more then we had ever imagined, and much more enjoyable then going to the movies. For Christmas, my brother's family gave us a commercial grade popcorn maker and stand to complete the theater experience.

Dear Paul & Tony,
We are writing this letter as the NFC championship games comes to an end. Of course it was great to see the Steelers win their way into the Super Bowl earlier today and it is clear that they will be meeting the Seahawks in two weeks. More to the point of this letter I wanted to let you know how much we have enjoyed watching all the games the past few weeks on our new TV. As usual your recommendation was perfect. For over 25 years we have been relying on you for all of our TV and audio needs. You have always provided us with state-of-the-art equipment and service that defines the personal touch. In this day of big box stores it is wonderful that you are here to provide your unique combination of great products and even better service.
It has been 8 years since you helped us with the remodeling of our home. At that time, when walls were exposed, you came into the chaos and dirt and helped plan and then execute three super audio-video systems throughout the house. These systems continue to work throughout our home with complete precision allowing our guests and family to experience the highest level of audio and video entertainment. You tackled the challenges that this 140 year old house posed and you were always happy to answer all my questions before, during and after your work in the house was done. As if that was not enough, we remember vividly Tony's visit shortly after a thunderstorm raced through Bellefonte and lightning struck our home. You walked with us through the house and we all marveled at how the strike played havoc with various pieces of the equipment in almost every room, sparing some things and devastating others. Working with our insurance company you detailed the damage, helped us with our claim, and then replaced all the equipment that was taken out of service.
This letter started as a simple note to say thanks for the nice new TV, but as we sat down to write we realized that there is a lot more to say about how you have been a part of our home for so many years. We look forward to many more years of working with you.

Dear Tony,
This letter is in response to your request for a testimonial from one of your most loyal customers. I have been in State College for 17 years and have purchased a significant amount of audio/video equipment from Paul and Tony's Stereo.
The reason that I have done so is because of the expertise that the staff has shown with regards to product knowledge. Also, you are the premiere establishment in State College with regards to the installation and service of the products that you sell.
I currently have two home theatre systems, one in our family room and one in our exercise room, which I purchased through Paul and Tony's. They are something that my entire family uses and enjoys on a daily basis.

"So, the time finally came for my wife and I to jump into the HDTV market. We've been waiting for quite a while, due to the pace and complexity of today's technology. We chose Paul and Tony's Stereo because of previous experience with the "experts." Over the past twenty years or so, I have had several car-audio systems installed by Paul and Tony's, with superior attention to detail. Nothing was ever too much to ask, and they were always concerned with my level of satisfaction.I'll admit, I knew that the Sony Bravia 52" XBR4 was the panel I wanted, and after a lengthy conversation with Paul in the store, my choice was confirmed. I'll admit, my wife and I were not looking forward to the "hassle" of having this panel mounted on the wall, but we were pleasantly surprised. There was absolutely no hassle! Tony came out to the house, looked at the wall, and assured us that the job would be a breeze. Knowing Tony, that put our minds at ease.
Within a week or so, the installation crew came out with our brand new panel and a wall mount. In a matter of a couple of hours, our new TV was installed, and it was a pleasure to have competent and kind installers.
